Back in 2014, long before TopOpti existed, I built my very first website. I remember the moment vividly: I hit “publish,” sat down with a hot cup of coffee, and opened Google Analytics, refreshing the page every thirty seconds, waiting for that first click to appear. That simple act lit a spark in me. It was the beginning of a fascination, an obsession, really, with digital marketing. I realized then that growth online wasn’t a matter of luck. Fast forward to 2020. I gave my notice as the Director of Digital Marketing at an established national brand to launch my own business, and 3 days before I was leaving, the world went on lockdown.
